Functional Electric Stimulation (FES) Treatments

Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) is a cutting‑edge, non‑invasive therapy that uses precise electrical impulses to activate muscle contractions, boost circulation, and promote recovery—right down to the deepest muscle fibers. By simulating natural movement patterns, FES helps horses build topline, reduce atrophy during lay‑ups or rehab, ease chronic tension, and maintain peak performance without taxing joints or soft tissue.

Through my partnership with EquiNew and their industry‑leading FES 310 system, I bring this directly to your barn. EquiNew ensures top‑quality devices, thorough training, and ongoing support, so every session is safe, effective, and tailored to your horse’s needs. Together, we’ll assess your horse, design targeted treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure you see real, measurable results.

Owners choose FES because it fills a critical gap in equine wellness—going beyond nutrition and exercise to address muscle health at a cellular level. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, combating age‑related muscle loss, or simply giving your performance horse an edge, FES delivers. Add it to your program today and watch your horse move better, recover faster, and thrive.

I am the only practitioner in Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. Please reach out to find out more about FES and to book your first sessions.
